Customers must provide accurate information while creating an account and keep their login credentials secure.

All services must be paid for according to the selected plan and billing cycle. Unpaid invoices may result in service suspension.

All payments are final and non-refundable. PNC Servers does not offer refunds for purchased, renewed, cancelled, or suspended services, except where required by applicable law.

Customers must not use PNC Servers services for illegal activities, fraud, phishing, malware, spam, or unauthorized DDoS attacks.

Customers are responsible for their operating systems, applications, configurations, and software unless management is included in their plan.

Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups. PNC Servers is not responsible for data loss caused by customer errors, software failures, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

PNC Servers aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime unless explicitly stated in an applicable SLA.

PNC Servers reserves the right to suspend or terminate services due to unpaid invoices, expired subscriptions, policy violations, or abuse. If a service is suspended or expires, customers will not be able to access or download their backups until the service is successfully renewed and reactivated. Data recovery is not guaranteed if the service has been permanently terminated or deleted, and this restriction is subject to applicable law.

Customers must comply with applicable laws, software licenses, and third-party service policies while using our services.

PNC Servers reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time, subject to applicable notice requirements. Continued use of services after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
